This week's challenge was to scraplift or use a sketch to design a LO using the 'rule of thirds'...
I was inspired by this amazing LO called 'Blessed' by lbfpebbles... THANK YOU!!!

I used:
Blue dots and striped papers from Spring Bling and Spring Bling2 page kits by Nicole Young;
Word Art freebie by Tina Chambers (recoloured);
Metal heart (recoloured) from Escape to Wonderland page kit by Nicole Young (sorry, I couldn't find it in the store to link it up).

Journalling reads:
Over the past three years we've watched your love for each other blossom and grow... and we can honestly say that we believe you have found true love. You share a love of family, fun, friends and adventure... but most of all you share the same faith and hope... you share a love for God which means you share the same values and desires.
You talk of getting married and we, along with the rest of the family, look forward to sharing in that special day with you. Dad and I look forward to the day when we gain a daughter! We pray that God will continue to bless you in all that you do and wherever life takes you. WE LOVE YOU BOTH!

This has taken me ages... I think my brain went numb for a while LOL!!! Thank you for all the CCs so far... I've tried to incorporate most of the suggested changes!

CHANGES:
I removed the grunge frame (thank you, me!!!).
Then, to try to blend the papers and BG together a bit more, I lightened the beach BG (thank you lbfpebbles), gave it a slight Gaussian blur and texturised it (thank you pieohpah75) then I reduced the opacity of the dots and stripes papers (yup... they're still there I'm afraid LOL!!!) and gave them Gaussian blurs too (thank you Carolyn D).
I removed the thin vertical vellum and decreased the opacity of the lower vellums (thank you Kathleen).
I lightened the vertical vellum, increased its opacity and gave it a drop shadow (thank you Kim1989).
I removed the heart from the left corner (thank you LadyC) and linked two hearts together, making one smaller than the other (thank you CarolynD), and removed the doodles.
I changed the date to gold and gave it a bevel to match it with the hearts (thank you Scrapping4Him). Thanks also to Gaylepoo for being the first to notice that the journalling was in need of attention!
