By request here's the recipe:
Oven-baked fish
4 boneless skinless fish fillets
1/2 C self-raising flour mixed with
1/2 tsp each of salt, sugar, cumin, oregano and paprika
2 eggs

About 12 minutes before you want to eat, heat an oiled baking dish in a 220C oven for a minute. Pat the fillets dry, coat in flour mix then with beaten egg and again with flour.
Working fast place the fish in the preheated dish, drizzle with oil.Cook about 8 minutes, turning after 5.
Serve with lemon, chips & salad

BLEEEEEEEEEEECH! I don't think I have ever seen a scrapbook layout that makes me sick to my stomach until now!!! Alright, alright - your layout is great (love all the little details and the zig zag papers) - but that photo? BLECH!!!! (Can you tell I absolutely HATE fish?) Wow - I don't think I've ever had this strong of an emotional reaction to a layout before. I can actually taste/smell that lemoy-fishy smell. Thanks a lot!!!!!

What a hoot - I quite like some fish (tho' not all of them) .. this looks very tasty .. wouldn't have thought of doing this kind of layout - you've opened up whole new avenues for my scrapping (if only I had time!).

YUM!
I think your little fisherman needs to have a chat with my little fisherman and fisherwoman. A whole week, several attempts, and nothing bigger than a tinned sardine was caught!!

Oh those fish are nearly live still- great to have an expert fisherman in the family. I had to click on this one for a closer look and then saw the recipe as an added bonus. Great idea to do this
