UPDATE: next revision is here.

Ben sitting up in our backgarden. This layout is a scraplift of sands healy's very pretty So Cute. I started this layout because I wasn't sure I liked the first one I began for this round! I think that the patterned background might be too much for this page...?

Thanks for looking - cc appreciated.

WOWZERS! This is brilliant. Love the OOB - perfect extraction and shadowing.
I don't think the patterned background is too much at all - it really fits making it a high energy happy page. Love your titling too.

Awesome OOB, beautifully framed and that background is just giving it a little extra touch, by all means...he's sure a little star.
Congrats on a great job!

I am a newbie but I think you could do with putting some words on the 3 tags by his hand - otherwise fab

I don't think the patterned paper is distracting. Wonderful extraction and shadow...this LO really popped out of the gallery. Great job!

Oh this is super I love love love this version, total focus on Ben and beautifully bright and cheery. And your technical skills just shine through on this LO - fab extraction work, worthy of a well seasoned scrapper, I'd never guess you were a New Kid from this work.

My only cc is what claire mentioned, to add some words to the tags. On this one you don't have his name for example or his age when he acheived this milestone. Great LO though, marvellous - and congratulations on doing the Extra Challenges so well too.

Of the 2 pages, this is definitely the one I loke best. The photo is adorable, and the OOB is wonderful. I love the layered frames, and placement of the tags. Just need to add a bit of info to the tags - name, date? The tag may be a better place for the date than on the frame. I love the background and don't think it's too busy at all! Beautifully done!

Another NK here.
I just wanted to say what a wondeful layout you have done and the choice of background is great. Such a beautiful colour for a gorgeous little boy!

Wonderfully done - great OOBs!! I like the paper with this and agree that maybe some journaling on the tags would be nice! Maybe even making your title a tad larger - that is just something you could play with. Looks great!!
