Very sweet kit from Carole Harden

Not being American... Cherry Cola just isnt a thing for us in Australia, but I can tell you my kids fight over the glazed cherries in the fruit salad everytime I get it out, so I had a fun LO to scrap right away!

I changed the colour of the ric rac element in my border and made a frame with a scalloped bevel edge to the gingham paper.

Journalling Says:

Can I have the Cherry

Dilemma

When I open a new
tin of fruit salad to
put on top of your
porridge in the morning
you all jump and ask
for the cherries.
The problem is they
only put a few
cherries in the whole
tin....so....

the begging begins

me...me...please mummy PLEASE!

I just love your edging in this! It just seems to fit so well with the papers and elements. And your photos of your boys are just precious!!! I can hear the begging

Oh, the poor dears! I never had that problem, as my DD is an only child. Of course, she would still have to fight ME for them! LOL Adorable layout!

LOL! I'm laughing my head off here, such a great subject to scrap! We have the exact same problem here with the cherries in the fruit salad tins! Everyone wants them, and they seem to be getting less and less...last week we had a tin with ONE cherry in the whole thing! LOL!!
I love the kit you used and the design of your page!

Very creative and a wonderful "event" to scrap - one your family can look back on with fondness in the years to come!
