I LOVE this!!! Your photos are precious! And I love the way you have recoloured and clipped the elements. I don't know that I would change anything, but I am a newbie too, so I wouldn't know a change if I saw one. Very Very nice, again, I Love it!

This is adorable! You've done great with this. My only suggestions are:
Add names to the layout for posterity - "Maddie and Daddy" is such a cute title. Doesn't have to be big, just a little line of text on or near the film strip, maybe.
The pictures aren't quite the same size - so their heads are different sizes in different frames. Maybe you could adjust them to be a little to be more consistent?

I absolutely LOVE this! The positioning and colours are gorgeous! I love how you put the blue paper onto the filmstrip  The only suggestions I can offer are already posted -- adjusting the pics so that their sizes are consistent...and adding a "Maddie and Daddy" title somewhere in there

This is very beautiful - I agree! Love the recoloring and the journaling in a shape. Very well done. I agree with the little tweaks already suggested, but not much has to be changed here! Precious photos!

great page! love the ub40 lyrics! the recolor is awesome, so far my fav in the gallery (shh dont tell)! my only cc would be to make the spacing between the words a little closer and maybe make the mat a tiny bit smaller so it doesnt touch daddys head. but that may be a bit nitpicky! i agree with above about adding maddie and daddy and the date somewhere.

terrific page!! I love the big circle with the lyrics and the strip of pictures. My only CC is that space between the lines of text jumps out at me, so I would adjust that a bit.

First (and I'll only give the "mom" speech on this first post) please know that I'm nothing close to an expert and all of my "advice" is purely personal opinion. At the end of the day, it can be the most perfectly designed and technically perfect LO ever created but if you don't love it, it's pretty worthless. When I did NKOTB, I tried everything that was suggested, ditched what I disliked and kept the parts I loved, even if I was the only one on DSP who loved them. ;-} So, that said, here we go.....
What a sweet and beautiful LO. My suggestions have already been written. The main one would be to make the picture sizes more consistent. Personally would focus on the baby even if Daddy's head needs to be chopped off a little. ;-} My eyes go straight to Maddie's face and the part of her daddy's face that is in close proximity -- maybe from the middle of his forehead down? You might just play with the cropping until it focuses on her but shows that sweet interaction from dad.
Would definitely add at least a small title -- I keep thinking "Maddie and Me" because this is obviously her already enamoured daddy. I find the date a bit distracting -- you might want to play with it along with a title?
Overall, this is just a lovely LO and a incredibly touching moment between father and daughter -- well done!

I love this !!! Great job for your first attempt . I really wouldn't change anything here except maybe add Maddie and Daddy. (It took me awhile to do that consistently too!) Very nice composition and the photos are just so sweet!
