Walker Journalling reads October 10th, Rome, Italy Amazing day in Ancient Rome today topped off with dinner near the pantheon with friends who were also in the city. I think this photo taken in the forum is one of my favourites of the day October 11th, Rome, Italy This week the Pope has created 6 new saints so Rome is particularly busy with tour groups of clergy. Standing at the top of the Spanish Steps watching the sun go down these 2 tourists caught my eye. October 12th, Rome, Italy An exhausting day at the Vatican today. Still we picked the right day to be inside as there was a huge storm. Reappearing from the metro station we were fortunate enough to catch a double rainbow rising over the Collseum. A once in a lifetime sight I think!

As someone who lives in the wide open spaces of Montana, it made me chuckle when I read your journaling. I can't even IMAGINE going to Italy, and your journaling reads like, "*yawn* Just another day in Ancient Rome. When you have seen one pantheon, you have seen them all. *yawn* And oh yes, I almost forgot to mention, there are 6 new saints." I love your photos, I love your rainbows, and I love your white space.....but mostly I love your laid back journaling. Great job.

This is a wonderful LO. From a country gal not even having been to all the states yet, to travel to someplace like Italy, well dream on. It is nice to have photos and for you to explain them from first person perspective.

Wonderful vacation memories. I really like how the layout keeps the focus on the pictures and the memories. I love the serrated edges, I also like how you cut the picture of the coliseum.
