Instead of resolutions, here is a prayer:
Help me to become more of the woman you want me to be, to know Your heart and Your will and to live accordingly. Help me to love You with all my heart and daily read Your Word and obey it. Help me to love my husband and do him always good, to be his helper and encourager. Help me to love my children, to teach them and instruct them in Your ways, to always be patient, kind and enjoy our times together. Help me manage our household well, to be dilligent, hard-working and make our home a haven for all who live in it and those who come to visit it. Help me to improve my talents and skills that You gave me, to use them for Your glory and for helping others, whether itis my family or others You send my way. Help me to exercise self-control, speak wise words, be gracious, gentle, feminine and modest. Fill me with your love, joy and peace.
