Carole provides a FREE quick click and all you have to do is make a layout with it! HOW COOL IS THAT? VERY!!! Joni has inspired me with her Bible verse pages. I am trying to memorize and understand as fully as possible one verse per week. JOURNALING: HE MADE MY WORDS OF JUDGMENT AS SHARP AS A SWORD. The Word of God is a formidable weapon. HE HAS HIDDEN ME IN THE SHADOW OF HIS HAND. To be hidden by the lord means to be under His care and protection. I AM LIKE A SHARP ARROW IN HIS QUIVER. Sharpening implies a process of preparation. HE SAID TO ME, “YOU ARE MY SERVANT, ISRAEL, AND YOU WILL BRING ME GLORY. The glorification of the Lord is indicated as the ultimate purpose in the commission of the servant. My Servant was one of the titles Jesus became known by. Jesus is a servant of God. I REPLIED, ”BUT MY WORK SEEMS SO USELESS! I HAVE SPENT MY STRENGTH FOR NOTHING AND TO NO PURPOSE.” The servant confessed his apparent failure. Jesus came to Galilee proclaiming the Good News of God, but he was not received. The nations would not listen. Jesus was fully man as well as being fully God. What man would not think that he was wasting his time? YET I LEAVE IT ALL IN THE LORD’S HAND; I WILL TRUST GOD FOR MY REWARD.” The servant confesses his apparent failure, but he affirms his faith in God. My reward is with God. God has a wonderful blessing and reward waiting for those who endure.
