The inspiration for this page came from the canvas swirl element. I could not get the cheshire cat out of my head.

I used clipped the Lime and Lemon paper (from the Definitively Defined BOLD kit) to the newsprint leaves, and set the blend mode to linear burn, and reduced the opacity to 70%.

I created the cheshire grin by cutting a crescent from a circle, and clipping narrow black lines to it.

Perfect, Sandy! I noticed your created grin right away. Using the Disney font was a fantastic idea. All of the bold whimsical swirls are magnificent accompaniment for Ryan's huge smile.

Awww, dontcha just love it when kids give you their biggest and best grin. He's a cutie! Love the disney font and cheshire grin. Wow! Love the colored flowers and the way big canvas swirls. Truly inspired work!
