LOL - I do not normally take photos of Megan throwing temper tantrums but I simply could not resist it this time because she was wearing her Minnie Mouse dress and the title for a LO popped in my brain as I watched her temper tantrum unfold before me on my kitchen floor.
LO Notes:
1) The bg papers are blended as follows: the yellow_starburst paper is set to a hard light blend mode overtop of the tangerine_madness paper, then overtop of the left hand border area I placed a solid black filled layer set to a soft light blend mode (duplicated)
2) I set the splatter_stamp to a screen blend mode
3) I set the dots to a soft light blend mode
4) I set the dotted_stamp to a screen blend mode
5) I lightly adjusted the hue of the wooden frame
6) I recolored the rings using a solid color fill layer
