Journaling: This year the Readathon theme was Hawaiian.Your Principle challenged the school to read 400,000 pages in one month.If the goal was reached then she would be covered in fruit,water and silly string at a special assembly.The highest reader from each grade would take part in the crazy fruit fun.Well,the students reached that goal by over 700 pages.You were the highest reader in the entire 3rd grade with thousands of pages.That was no real surprise to us with your extreme love for reading.You even read more than then the highest 5th grader.Ms.Lerner wore a hula skirt and Hawaiian gear and the winners got cool shades and Leis.You had so much fun dumping buckets of pineapple on your principle.After she was covered with fruit and silly string,little did you know that she had somthing up her sleeve.She got you all good with silly string.She is the coolest Principle ever.And the classroom with the most pages read in the whole school won a Pizza Party.And that was YOUR class!! We are so proud of you baby girl!!
