This is your dad in junior high.
He started plaing football as a kid,
and all through junior and high school.
He earned a full scholarship for
football, to the University of Memphis.
But due to an injury in high school
that crushed his ankle,
he was unable to play at the same caliber
after recovery.
When he attended MTSU, he red-shirted
and earned a spot on the team, but again
hurt his ankle, and that was the end
of his football dreams.
