Here, finally, is a photo of the finished calendar. I had uploaded the pages a few weeks ago of the calendar, using Lauren's calendar templates.

First I put together the blank pages with a folded piece of stiff cardstock(it's the backing card from a package of photo printing paper) and had it spiral-bound for $1 at a local stationery store. I then stuck the photos to it.

I hope this gives you all a bit of an idea of how this can be done.
