Here is the journaling on my layout- You are turning 7 in 2 days, and I can hardly believe how quickly the time has passed. It’s odd though, it seems like you were just born, but on the other hand it seems like you have always been here. I suppose you have been here all along, you have been living in my heart. There are so many things that I want to say to you. So many things I need to thank you for. Thank you for showing me your smiling face when I am down. Thank you for having a tender heart, thank you for your giggles. Thank you for showing me what it is like to re-experience things for the first time, like splashing in the ocean foam and marveling at the mountains. Thank you for blowing bubbles and getting dirty. Thank you for all the laundry that I have to do everyday. Thank you for the dirty kid dishes and your messy room. Thank you for the joy that you find in the smallest things. Thank you for your zest, your spirit, your sense of humor. Thank you so much, Tate, for being you. Thank you for the blessing of being your Momma. 4-7-04
