Tutorial: Object Sprayer Tool - Bubbles
by Kim Liddiard © 2005

Corel PhotoPaint the most fun tool…the Object Sprayer… with this powerful tool, you can spray many objects in no time flat on your pages.

In your document, create a new layer.  In PhotoPaint the Layers are called “Objects.”

Let’s Make sure the Object (Layer) Palette is showing…

Choose  from the Menu > Window > Dockers > Objects.

Your Object Palette (Window) will look like the following.

Let’s create a new layer/object…

On the Menu choose Object > Create > New Object.

You will now see your new “layer” in the objects palette.

Find your Tools Palette…on the left side of the work area.

Click and hold down the small arrow at the bottom of the paint tool icon to get the flyout menu.

Choose the Image Sprayer Tool

You will now see the options for the Image Sprayer Tool under the menu at the top of the work area – in this case…the third line down.

Click on the double arrow to open the advanced options for the tool.

Now choose the sprayer you desire…I have chose bubbles.

I then increased the size and spacing.  Paint the bubbles on your new layer.

If these bubbles are too bright for you, you can decrease the opacity of your layer.  In the following I used a value of 74% for Object 1 on the layers palette.  Play with the settings, you might be surprised.

Optional…taking it further…  Play with the other brushes… Happy Spraying!! J
