Edges-- go into Edges on the side>designer>artistic>then just
try all the edges out til you find one you like. I used melted glass
here. some of the best (imho) are water drops, canvas edge,
rough edge, wavy torn paper, beveled (for a clean look), mesh, plain
tradional and tailored and double beveled (for the clean look again), pen drawing.

Click to strech to fit your picture>next>click an edge color>I did blue>
you can change the width of the edge color, if you want, with the dots ( I didn't).
