Click on your gallery so you see the thumbnail of the layout
you want to paste.

With the mouse, drag to highlight the thumbnail and layout title.

Right-click and select Copy (or hit Control C).

Go to the forum you plan to post in and click on Go Advanced
under the reply box.

On the Advanced reply box, click the icon on the top right to
switch the editor mode.

Click in the reply box now and right-click and select Paste (or
hit Control V).

You will see your layout and title, both of which are linked
to the layout in your gallery!
