Tutorial: Creating Fuzzy Fibers in Photoshop Elements

1. Choose the "Dune Grass" brush from the brush drop down menu

2. Click on "More Options" and choose the following settings:

3. Draw your fiber using the new brush
4. Use the Layer Styles menu to add an Inner Ridge Bevel and a Sharp Edged Drop Shadow.

That's it, you've got an easy fuzzy fiber! Experiment using different brushes to make different types of fibers!
