Two Toned Text in Paint Shop Pro

For text to show up on all backgrounds of course there must be a contrast. When you have text or word art on a division, and the backgrounds are different in contrast, you can change your word art or text to have that also.

Add your text or word art (or any stamp) to the top of your backgrounds.

Select an area completely around the side with poor contrast, so you can change the color.

In Paint Shop Pro, on your layers palette, click the padlock on that layer - this will mean any change only affects the solid areas, in this case your text or stamp.

Choose your contrasting color, and use the paint bucket to fill. Now remove your selection and it's done. On larger stamps or word art, remember to try background or gradient fills too, instead of simple color changes. Locking the layer allows you to fill it with whatever you choose in whichever part is selected alone. Thanks for following along!
